- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Was I victim to a Bait and Switch scam or discriminated against? Maybe the office is billing me Fraudulently (criminally) and their intent is to keep the money? I don't know. Why else would they tell me I'm approved for a specific treatment under my insurance with copay, then 5 weeks later state that there is a problem with the billing? Want me to sign an affidavit for future billing without being covered by insurance. All I know is that PT Plus (Hackettstown) confirmed with my insurance the intended therapy, then try to bill me months later, after I paid my copays as discussed originally before treatment. I tried to discuss it with the office there. They even said that sometimes the company could "write off" bills. Except in my case where they could not. The girl remembered me clearly by name. Then wished me "good luck with that " after I said I wasn't paying and that I'd be making a complaint with the State of NJ BBB. "All over a therapy bill". Yep! Good luck billing collections. Your issue, not mine. I've already lodged my complaint with the BBB. Don't be victimized by this Physical Therapy Plus (Hackettstown) aka PT Plus (Hackettstown).July 26, 2017by Joseph Kelly Jr.
